Purchasing your own neckloop is a workaround. These neck loops are required to be there under the ADA, and it’s only by survival, when you show up and you don’t know whether you’re going to hear, that I pull mine out of my pocket.

Neckloops are not universal. The receiver or audio devices does two things 1) sends the audio and 2) powers the neckloop to create a proper electromagetic field. The connections must match
