Consumer Advocacy-Raise Issues with Hearing Instrument Manufacturers

Have a Concern About Your Hearing Instruments?
Maybe you can’t find a hearing aid with all the features you wish AND telecoil AND Auracast? Or did the manufacturer move the telecoil to an accessory that is burdensome to you? Or are the controls too small for you to use? Or is the remote microphone confusing to use? Or do you have low vision and find the controls difficult to use? Or you can’t find an easy-to-understand video to explain how to use your telecoil?
Post on social media, write an email, write directly to the manufacturer, write an opinion article, or if you are in a workshop or presentation-voice your concerns.
